How is Bloolock different from a normal alarm?
A normal alarm can be swiped away half-asleep. A Bloolock wake proof requires a challenge you chose — math, shake, typing, or photo — so by the time it stops, you’re actually awake. Then the day gets the same standard: proofs and a seal.
Does the alarm work if I force-stop the app?
On Android we schedule exact alarms and use a foreground service so the alarm can fire from a killed state. Manufacturer battery optimisation can still interfere — the in-app setup walks you through the switches. iOS has stricter limits; we document them honestly in the app.
Is there a free version?
Bloolock is a paid subscription: $1 for the first month, then $4.99/mo on Google Play. The price and renewal date are shown before you pay.
Is my interview data private?
Sensitive answers (including adult material paths) are never shown on leaderboards or in notification copy. The porn path is 18+, private by default. Photos for photo-proof never leave your phone.
Do you show fake social proof?
No. We don’t invent user counts, testimonials, or fabricated scarcity. If a leaderboard includes practice/simulated builders while a city fills, that is labelled.
Is Bloolock medical treatment?
No. It is a discipline and alarm-clock app — not a diagnosis, treatment, or substitute for professional care. If you need that help, please talk to a qualified professional.
When is iOS available?
Android is first. App Store is coming soon — the button on this site stays labelled until the listing is live.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → All settings → Delete account. Without the app: follow the Delete account page, or email us from your signup address.
